Everyone please understand that it takes over a year to reach the earnings that are posted. There are no secrets to this success other then patience, compassion and persistence in keeping active with each and every project. Also, be prepared to be looked over, criticized, and/or rejected. Don't believe everyone. Respond to criticism carefully without anger. Lastly, if you do succumb to errors in judgement and defeat, accept it with honor.
